deugro's Transport Management System (TMS) screens shipments and addresses on a 24/7 basis against a multitude of international governmental sanction lists, in order to scrutinize transactions at all times. These lists are updated at least.
We offer frequent compliance training, which is provided online and also in face to face workshops, subject to individual risk assessments. Important announcements in the corporate intra-net ("d.net") and to local bulletin boards raise awareness among our employees and keeps them involved in our efforts to live and maintain highest standards of integrity. Local compliance ombudsmen (Local Ethics Officers, so called "LEO's") are available in all of our offices. They can be approached by anyone and complete the way we live compliance at deugro.
